Over the last three months, from August 2018 to December 2018, Jiaqing Mo and Hillary Talty have conducted a research study on the relationship of Drury students and Drury Commons, which is one of the two dining spaces at Drury University. Drury’s food service provider is Fresh Ideas.
Fresh Ideas has a Facebook page dedicated to the Drury University Dining Services. After examining the Drury Dining Facebook page, it was discovered that the student engagement with the page was very poor. Besides the Facebook page, the other platform that Drury Commons used is the website.
Though research, different forms of content and publicity were examined to help create a positive connection between the Drury Commons and the people who eat there.

1. To examine promotional factors that would increase the engagement of the Drury students on the Drury University Dining Facebook page
2. To discover what type of Social Media platform is the most favored and beneficial for both the Drury students and the Fresh Ideas.
